Acting as a Real Estate Broker for Premier South Realty, Randy is a true Seller’s and Buyer’s Agent, She follows the fiduciary duty of the 6 core Standards: Obedience, Loyalty, Disclosure, Confidentiality, Accountability, and Diligence. Following these principles have allowed Randy to gain the trust of many clients and quickly emerge as one of the Carolina's top realtors!

Randy’s goal is to always look to make any real estate opportunity as easy & painless as humanly possible for the clients she supports. With her Client First approach, Randy's clients can expect a seamless buying or selling experience without the hassles & headaches.

Prior to her current role as a Realtor®, Randy had a different path than many. At the age of 20, Randy earned her Real Estate License in Columbus, GA. She worked as a real estate broker for two years before stepping back to focus on raising a family. This didn't keep Randy from staying busy. Aside from focusing on her two children, Randy maintained an active engagement within the community. From managing many real estate transactions (Randy's husband John quickly rose through the ranks, forcing many transfers), to participating and ultimately leading several associations, Randy has become particularly adept in driving change, effective communication & team management.=

When not supporting her clients, serving on various committees at the Gaston Association of Realtors or heading up her HOA, Randy enjoys days on Lake Wylie with her family, listening to country music, watching Hallmark movies with her daughter, and cheering on the Tide to their next victory!
