About Christine

I’m Christine Pandolf, a North Carolina Real Estate Broker and REALTOR® with Premier South, serving the Lake Norman region and surrounding Charlotte communities, including Davidson, Cornelius, Huntersville, Mooresville, and Denver. After relocating from Central New York to the Lake Norman area myself, I understand firsthand that finding a new home is about much more than choosing a property—it’s about finding a community and a place where you truly feel at home.

I work with buyers, sellers, and individuals relocating to the area, as well as first-time homebuyers and those looking to downsize into a lifestyle that better fits their next chapter. Before real estate, I spent decades in medical device marketing and sales support and gained more than 20 years of event-planning experience. Those experiences strengthened my communication, organization, and service skills—qualities I bring to every real estate journey.
